MIL 60th - Going to the Savoy for lunch. What else can we do? Anyone know a champagne bar they can recommend?

We are surprising my MIL for her birthday by taking her to the Savoy in London for lunch. I would like to do something else too. DH has suggested the OXO tower for a drink before lunch. Any other suggestions?

The lobby bar at One Aldwych is great and v. close to savoy.
