Drive in cinema night: Gazebo in garden, lots of garden lights, big TV, popcorn, blankets and woolly hats and borrowed patio heater in case it gets really cold. Hot chocolate and hot dogs too.

Or just a tent or two in the garden - give them the instructions and let them set them up themselves.
