DD is turning 1 in May. Any ideas...

...what to get her? She's got so many toys. Want to get her something special because it's her first birthday but dont know what. Any ideas?

When my DS was one he had everything like your little girl. The best thing you could do is have a party with all the people who see her the most (family) to give her lots of fuss and attention (although i'm sure she's spoilt absolutely rotten and gets it anyway??!!). When they've got everything it's the attention they crave. Getting a present was a tough one for us too, but I found that getting bigger things for the garden to use in the summer is a good one, slide/sand pit-water play/ miniature trampoline, or maybe a little novelty car/trike that you can strap her in and take her for walks? My DS loves his. Good luck!

Yeah, we got a big garden toy - DS1 a slide, DS2 a big rocker. DD for some reason got a talking LaLa (oops).

Also along the years got trampoline, sandpit, scooters, bikes etc, all for b/days.

Or a lovely book you can write in and keep for years?
