Is it slightly early or okay?

Bit of a funny time to be honest - I like parties where my kids can be fed 😂😂 - so 11-1 or 3-5. The later one would be my preference! Saying that I would go to a party 1-3 bit would probably moan lol!

Nothing wrong with 1-3, I've taken mine to plenty of parties at that time. Go for it.

Sorry Matilda, I don't understand your post that you prefer a time they would be fed! Why would they not be fed at a party from 1-3? Is 1ish not lunchtime?

Thanks guys, Im going to have party food etc.
I have the hall until 4, so was thinking 1-3pm to give 1hour to clean up after and bouncy castle collection etc.

Just wondering on opinions as we've never been invited to a party starting this early before. Just want people to turn up haha

It's a pretty normal time. Don't worry. Smile

Absolutely fine, most of the kids parties I have attended or thrown have been 1-3 or 2-4
There is always a full spread of party food as well

Hulababy · 16/02/2017 19:45

1-3 sounds fine to me. Man y people don't eat meals til 1-2pm at a weekend anyway,

RatOnnaStick · 16/02/2017 19:47

We've been to parties at all manner of times between 10.30 and 4pm start. 1-3 is perfectly normal so go for it.

Lunchtime schmunchtime. Kids eat party food even if they've just had a 3 course roast dinner IME.
