Can anyone suggest easy stuff that I can stick out for people to graze on during the afternoon of New Year's Day? I'm having an open house so people will pop in/out at any time during the afternoon and I don't want to spend my afternoon trying to warm canapés/put food together so I'd like to stick out a load of cold stuff and let people help themselves. What could work that won't look grim/become a health hazard after an hour? Or just generally how would you cater this?
