Sons 1st birthday next month.... What to do?

So sons 1st bday next month & I really don't know what to do. He doesn't like crowded places so very a party is out of the question. Not many young kids that we so so kiddies thing is also out. Any Suggesstions? I'm based in North london

Have family over for a some cake? That's all we did. DD loved seeing her grannies and we have some cute pictures of her blowing out candles. It was low key but lovely.
