Buying a present for a young relative Smile - I have a boy myself so not quite sure.

I have bought a book for her but would like to give something else as well. Is Polly Pocket still a thing, or is that likely a bit young for her?

Cant go wrong with some nice felt pens. Anything from Hobbycraft! Smiggle voucher.

Craft stuff is good. Something they can build, construct or draw. Lego sets are loved here. Books are a firm fave but I'd go with vouchers to be safe. DD had some adult colouring books for Christmas and Harry Potter and Dr Who colouring books with nice pencils. They're really intricate and she spends hours on them. Other best gift was a pogo stick!

I brought some how to draw books - lots of choice dragons cartoons etc - cheap in the cheap book shops

Lego and despite my best efforts it's the girls stuff Hmm

Amiibos - little game figures with additional content for the wiiU.

Koalas and anything to do with them - has the 9 year old you're buying for got a favourite animal?
