How to make baptism a bit special 7 year old boy

Ds is getting baptised in a couple of weeks.... I know I know we are a bit late,he's 7.5.
It's a very small occasion, 6 adults and him, church then a meal afterwards, but I'd like to make it about special for him...only I have no idea and not much time.

Any suggestions...thanks a million

Let him choose a new outfit (doesn't have to be white!).
special books/photos/candles etc.
Make a fuss of him!
