We're going to a party of a delightful 2 year old girl. Her mum is bringing her up to not be obsessed with princesses/nail varnish etc as she was slightly brainwashed as a child into thinking girls must always be glamourous/ have no ambition.. Anyhoo, looking for some prob gender neutral gift for a 2 year old girl. Suggestions welcome please!

For the two year olds in my life popular presents have been; jigsaws, number / alphabet books, fingerpaints, magnadoodles or outdoor toys like small footballs. I've been known to buy musical instruments like drums and maracas, noisy toys which the dcs liked but parents didn't Grin

My dd loved cones for use in the garden (ELC sell for about a fiver). If you had added a ball she'd have been thrilled.

Colouring in books and triangular shaped pens (easier to hold)

Books books and more books. Dd cannot get enough of them.

Stickers and sticker books

Stamps

My 2 year old loved her kitchen

As men go into kitchens too and my friends son also got a kitchen. I would say that's a gender neutral gift Smile
