Help - teddy bear's picnic to be a washout!!

ds 2 on saturday - having a teddy bears picnic for 12 children (age btwn one and ten) for 2 hours and its forecast rain (just for a change) I had planned a picnic in the garden and lots of playing on trampoline, swing, slides etc with no real formality to it. What do i do instead? I dont really want 12 children and associated adults inside and would be stuck for what to do?

um, think you're going to have to have them indoors and just be stricter about the informality aspect of it. Picnic on floor still possible.
What about a game like sardines?

was thinking of clearing family room - still do picnic on floor and then a dance session - dingly dangly scarecrow etc ? Have a bubble machine and could get some flashing lights etc and do disco style session?

disco is a great idea - will appeal to all ages.
Sardines is a game. One person goes off and hides and then everyone else tries to find them. Once you find them you have to sneak into hiding place with them till everyone is squeezed in there together.
