Planning a dogtanian/musketeer themed party for 7 year old boy - help!!!!!!!

Title says it all. Ds is adamant this is what he wants. I've got 2 15 year old boys to run it for me but I need ideas.

So far they will start by making musketeer hats (and I've got inflatable swords for going home presents to be distributed for activities if necessary). They will end by watching an episode of dogtanian while eating their lunch and then cake and go home.

It's the other 50 mins I'm trying to work out now....

Ideas have included
Musical statues - musketeer pose when music stops
army training (musketeers are soldiers) crawling races
Three armed/legged obstacle races (one for all all for one) done on a timed basis as it's in our house

And now I'm stuck....

Please help!!!

This themed race?
Teach them all how to do a big flourishing bow with their newly made hats?
Have fun, sounds like a great party.
