Triplet 1st birthday ideas pls!

I have a family relative whose triplets will be 1 next month...Need ideas of what to buy!

Do you want to get a joint present they can all enjoy, three gifts the same but slightly different or three totally different?

What's your budget? My initial thought is books - you could get them each a different That's Not My... book, perhaps? My other thought would be something personalized with their name (like a cup or plate) as I bet they get a lot of shared gifts.
