Bush tucker trial/hand in box type game

I'm looking for ideas for a game for adults where you have to be a bit brave and stick your hand in a box to work out what's inside. By adult game I don't mean lewd, I mean a bit more tricky than one you might set up for kids.

All the ideas I've read about are Halloween themed and suggest grapes for eye balls and rice for maggots, but I don't think these guys will fall for that.

Anyone got any thoughts? Thanks

get some food out of your cupboard and shut your eyes and see what it feels like. for example what about tinned sardines or maybe mix something together like broken up noodles and raisins
