PANIC - Last minute check for DD Bday party

I wonder if I could delve into the depths of your wisdom and you could give me any last minute pointers:

I am holding a party for my pfb tomorrow to celebrate her 4th birthday we have invited 8 guests 5 have confirmed they are coming (do I assume that the others aren't coming?) I said on the invites guest + mum/dad I can assume that no other sibling are going to come can't I?

We have sandwiches cheese, ham, jam, should I add nutella? various other party bits which I feel comfortable with.

They are here 3-5 tea at 4....We have crowns for the guests to decorate with sticky gems and glitter glue pens, were going to play pin the tail, pass the parcel, i have a pull the ribbon piñata, loads of balloons... not sure about musical statues et al. with such a small number at that age? Any other game ideas?

How do you encourage the end of the party, guests to leave...?

Anything I need to brace myself for?

kids love musical statues and my favourite is sleeping lions.... who can be the quietest, lay on the floor and try to make them laugh.... a blissful five minutes of calm when it all gets crazy!

At 4.45pm you start clearing away the food and craft table. You don't offer or serve any drinks after this point, to adults or children. At 5, if there's no sign of movement, hand out part bags (if you're doing them), saying "It was lovely to have you here, hope you had a good time."

At 5.15, you stab all the balloons with a bread knife and start crashing about in the kitchen!

Hope it goes well, what you have planned sounds perfect for 4 yr olds.

Oh, I wouldn't bother with the sweet sandwich fillings.

I have fourteen year olds here tomorrow for a bash for DD - god help me

I am very aware that the parties are most likely going to get more stressful - I am more stressed about no one turning up or the other parents not being friendly than the children to be honest.
