Help!

DS's birthday party is on Sunday. We are having total of about 9 six year olds - all very energetic. I have kept it to an hour and a half rather than two hours as they are all into ninja/karate and it might get too much - also our house isn't big

So - what should we do with them. Allowing 15 minutes for arrivals and maybe 20 for tea we still have an hour or so to fill

We are going to do
pass the parcel
pin the tail on the donkey
musical statues
end with a bit of a disco with a bubble machine

any other ideas? Any lull in the proceedings and htey will probably start to hit each other!

That sounds about right! You could do nelsons eye. You assemble a tray of things like jelly, cold spaghetti, olives and blindfold a child. Then you make them put their hand in each container while you tell the story of nelson. So for example, when they put their hand in the spaghetti, it's his hair, the jelly is his brain, the olive his eye, etc....
