am trying to figure out quantities of food required for a party. it's 3pm-5pm, so you'll already have had lunch. how many sandwiches (little triangles) would you eat, plus how many canape/dip-type things. i figured maybe 3 little sarnies plus 4 or 5 canapes. or have i underestimated people's party appetites???

to help you decide, the nibbles will be: thai chicken choux puffs, thai crad fritters, sticky wings, crudites and dips, and veggie feta wrap slices.

Some people might not eat lunch in anticipation of party food but better for it all to get eaten than be left with loads of stuff! Food sounds fab btw!

I used to be a chef and cater for parties and I would say that you are about right in your estimate. , 5 canapes per person and 3 sandwiches should be plenty considering it is between lunch and dinner. Sounds lovely btw Smile

I am a greedy arse and would eat what you suggested. Also, most people should have manners and even if ravenous, would not wolf down tons straight away surely?
