Judge outfit for 9 year old boy!!!

My 9 year old boy is a judge in his end of year school play. He needs an outfit asap - I am useless at anything arts and crafty. My husband made him a wooden gavel so he's half way there! Any suggestions on how to create a Judge's outfit???

You could buy a cheap white dressing gown..too big so it is long...and dye it black with a tub of DYLON...sold in most big supermarets or Boots....the wig is harder...you could make one with white or grey fur fabric? Might look a bit odd!
