Games for 3yr old Bilingual party

We are currently living in Italy and my daughter goes to a bilingual nursery. She will be 3 in January and we'd like to have a party at the village hall. It's quite a big room so I could easily invite all the children from her class (22) but only 4-5 speak English as mother tongue. What can I do to entertain them, given that I don't speak Italian? I wondered whether a magician would work but I'm not sure the English kids would understand. I'm hoping songs like the hokey kokey are understood in all languages. Any ideas for games or suggestions to keep them occupied?

Thanks in advance x

Musical Bumps and Pass the Parcel could reasonably be explained through gestures and demonstration, ditto Pin the Tail on the Donkey. Crafty type things - decorating cakes/biscuits, colouring in etc would likely work too.

Also, balloons. Lots and lots of balloons Grin
