DS will be 4 in January and he started at nursery in Sept this year. He either wants a party at a soft play or a trip to see a local kids theatre show. The soft play which my son loves is about 20 minutes drive from where most of his friends live. Is this too far away to expect people to go as he wants to invite some nursery friends and I don't know the parents that well yet? The theatre is closer and is very good for kids of his age as they can get up and join in with dancing/singing etc
DS would love either option, both would probably end up costing about the same. Any views?
