Birthday present for a 2 year old girl?

Any ideas? I have no idea what she's interested in, but my DS is going to her party. I know her mum, but not really well.

I know what my DS would like but since that's trains / train tracks, that's not necessarily much help.

Oh, and preferably cheap. Definitely under a tenner, preferably less.

Hopeful bump - I need to go shopping this morning. :)

No, there's no reason why she wouldn't like cars & trains, I should have explained that I help out in a creche where she stays once a week and while my DS plays with nothing but the trains there, I've not noticed her having a similar obsession.

My default present for 2 year olds is play food. Always goes down a treat.

My DD is into tractors, fire engines, dolls' buggies, books. HTH
