gift idea for very energetic 4 year old boy

anyone got any good experiences of things that a very energetic/low attention span 4 year old boy may like? approx £10?

Basketball hoop/ball - Chad valley do a pop-up one I think?
Bilibo - dunno how much they cost
Water pistol - check with the parents first!!
Outdoor chalks for drawing on patio

never heard of a bilibo - just looked it up - have you ever used one?

like the idea of outdoor chalks and water pistol combo - he can spray it after after doing the chalking
