Help with ideas for my spoilt child

I have a 4 year old ds and a 3 year old DD, I also have a 9 month ds, which is my problem. I have no idea what we/family can get him for his birthday, we already have pretty much most of the usual things, tonnes of clothes from his brother etc. I dont want to buy things for the sake of it. But want him to have something!!!
I really want a George pig hoodie for him if I can get one off eBay as next no longer sell them, (his name is George).

mothercare online have a captain george the pirate hoodie, i bought a friend's little one it a couple of weeks ago, just had a look and its still on.

Thanks for that, looked everywhere when he was first born but everywhere stopped selling winter stuff and started stocking summer stuff at the beginning december!!!!
