Family 21st birthday ideas - able to do at home!

My mother in law wants to hold a family do at home (due to babies) to celebrate my brother in laws 21st. Any original ideas that we can do?!

We've had a few Mexican parties and they always go down well. Chilli/nachos/fajitas to eat, margherita's and tequila to drink and u can buy accessories cheaply online.
