Did your ds have a 7th birthday party? What form did it take?

Looking for ideas for ds. Know he'd prefer a party to a small get together. Need to present him with some options... open to the idea of doing an activity out (bowling, quaser etc) or a themed traditional party in the house / a hall.

What worked well for your 7 yo ds?

anyone? or have we done parties to death?

Not having a party, hate all the tat they get. Sorry!
Have done parties in the past, usually just did soft play; DC were happy with that.
