How to phrase, siblings welcome but I'm not feeding them!

DS is having a party at a local cafe. He is 4.

I'm happy for his friends to bring siblings but, due to numbers, I can't include them in the birthday tea.

Do I put on the invitation that siblings are welcome but I can't feed them? If so, how do I do it politely? Or do I just leave it off and assume they'll bring them anyway.

There's a bouncy castle there so the little ones can go on while the big ones are having their tea.

Can you say something like "if you need to bring siblings along then they're welcome to use the bouncy castle and the cafe sells snacks/juice/baby food etc".

Then it sounds like you're being very kind in checking out the facilities for them but it's also clear they're not expected to be part of the party iyswim.

We didn't mention siblings at ds's party, but several very little ones came along with their parents and they just bought them a snack or brought something with them. It was a soft play so it didn't matter.

I would just leave it off. People will then
a) leave them at home or
b) phone and check with you (then you can explain)or
c) turn up with them uninvited, in which case they won't expect to be fed.

Domestic, I think you might be right. That's what I would do if I received an invitation.

My slight concern is all the parents deciding not to stay (it's on a weekday so might not have sibling childcare) and leaving me with 20 4 year olds!

Do parents usually stay? When mine were four most of us used to stay to have a gossip help.
