Ok it is dd2's birthday party (3) on Sunday.

I have a village hall with bouncy castle, a table where they can make a crown, pass the parcel. Will that be enough?

food: sausages, marmite sandwiches, salty popcorn
choc crispy cakes, sweet popcorn, iced biscuits

WHAT ELSE. I have pg brain and a fog has descended.

Matches/lighter
Sharp knife
Stereo and small emergency presents for Musical bumps/statues if needed
Bin bags for presents and rubbish (don't get them mixed up )
Will think some more...

Chunks of cheese, grapes, little tomatoes?

Loads of kitchen roll, baby wipes and hankies for all the little darlings snotters. Other sandwiches like cheese or ham, not all will like marmite.

Background music for them to boogie too and drown out the crying.

Other adult helpers with specific jobs, ie one person to stay with castle, one to stay with crafts and one to do toilet runs. Don't expect all the parents to stay unless you ask and those who do stay will sit back while their kids shove others and take their juice on the castle or wreck the craft table.

Take a big box with your emergeny kit in like the wipes and stuff. Scissors, sellotape etc.
