How does this sound for a 3rd birthday party lunch?

Have a slight, but increasing, feeling of panic.

Tiny pieces of pizza, breaded chicken 'goujons' (bleurgh IMO), cocktail sausages, homemade potato wedges, cucumber sticks, tiny tomatoes, hula hoops (dd insists), jelly, ice cream, cupcakes, biscuits (+ cake but that's to take home). Maybe some ham rolls for the babies? Aware that they will just pick but as is lunch thought I could avoid making lots of sarnies that'll be wasted.

Never done a children's party before. Expecting 20-30 children (+parents)ages 8 months to 3 and a half (quite a few are baby siblings of dd's friends).

Apart from tea / coffee should I cater for the parents? Is in a hall that I know well and has cooker etc.

I would just do ham and cheese sandwiches cut into triangles
bowls of whatsits and hula hoops
plates of biscuits and fairy cakes
bowls of grapes to keep healthy brigade happy ( cut up or nit us another thread)
cocktail sausages
