Off to London for a family celebration( going to a show and dinner on the sat night as it is DM and DD wedding anniversary.)
However going to be in London for a whole Sunday morning and afternoon and have not planned anything. there will be 6 of us ( DSis, BIL me and dh and my parents) Am thinking brunch /lunch/jazz/art/ something -but haven't a clue. help please!

Tate Modern! I love it. The cafe does gorgeous breakfasts (especially the porridge) and then you can all wander around being amazed/disgusted/baffled (delete as appropriate). You could even take an iPod if you want jazz too.

I'd do morning in Covent Garden, dim sum in China Town then afternoon at a museum.

London Eye can be worth a look if you like scenery/that kind of thing.

TBH there is so much to do, its difficult not to find something to your liking if you trawl the net. Would avoid the real touristy london dungeony type places though.

Ooh yes soapbox - forgot about dim sum in china town - defo do that!

Lots of two-for-one deals in London atm if you produce a valid tube/bus ticket.

See here for more details
