Where to bulk buy presents?

Now that term has started up again, so have the party invitations. We seem to have one more or less every weekend this half term, and was wondering if the collective experience of MN can help me with present buying?
Does anyone know a good place to buy say ten presents and get a good deal on them? For both boys and girls around the age of 5,6,7. I like things like Orchard Toys (start at around £7 it seems) but does anyone know if I can get three for two on things like that (a bit like they do at M&S and Boots around Christmas time).
TIA

the book people (they have a webs site) sell lots of collections of childrens books/you can buy certain books in a bulk set, and it works out really cheap. You can give some really nice books as gifts but only pay maybe a couple of pounds for each book when the rrp is much more. They are often quite well known books too and it's not a book club - you just order what you want when you want (or not order, as the case may be).
