Navy candidate preparation course + braces

Does anyone have a child/relative/friend who has completed the navy 4 day candidate prep course while wearing fixed braces? Our daughter has braces and has been invited to attend a course. She is so keen to do the course asap. We were aware she needed them off by the time she gets to the 10 week initial training but had thought she could get to that point with them on.

our plan at that point was to get them off and maybe replace with Invisalign’s or just retainers.

if anyone has any experience/advice it would be much appreciated.

No specific advice but I recommend you join the Royal Navy Mums Facebook page. It’s a very supportive and friendly group, the subject of braces does come up from time to time so worth doing a search or asking for advice.
