Frome - good place for adult son with a learning disability?

Am thinking of a move from London to Frome as it is smaller so may have a stronger sense of community for my adult son who has a learning disability. Can anyone tell me what support services there are in Frome that my son could access? And as a single Mum with an adult son who knows no one in Frome am I taking too big a risk? Thanks for any advice.

I am not from Frome but I do know a young adult with learning disabilities who boards at a college in Frome. It’s called Fairfield.
