Help with letter

Hi I would like to ask how do I write a letter to ADP requesting payments to backdated please? My son waited from November for decision and the letter doesn't say about payments to be backdated
I'm not sure the wording I should use to be correct.

Ah I thought it might get something similar. Would it be worth asking in the SN Section? There's usually a thread on PIP and one on DLA. You might get some answers in there or you could ask @MNHQ to alter the title of your thread to include ADP to see if it catches a MNers eye
