My dd is looking for uni accommodation with 4-5 others and all contracts offered are joint and several, yikes.
Has anyone used the company in title? It says, for £99 any rent missed by flatmates will be covered by the policy.
Any tips? We are probably going to have to act as guarantors, so this all seems scary and very different from when I was a student in the 90s.
