My daughter is 26 works around 30 hours a week with a 20 hour permanent contract .
She has very few friends and I believe social anxiety . She suffers with anxiety and takes medication . She is constantly poorly no sooner she's got over 1 thing it's something else . We have always been very close but I feel she relies on me to do stuff with her like shopping spa days etc
Everyday no matter if she gets up at 5am or 10am she has to sleep after tea for around 2/3 hours . Can someone be addicted to sleep ? It's like she can't control herself .
I've told her she's using the house like a hotel to just eat and sleep .
She had loads of diff tests over the years and shown nothing . She's been on high dose anti ds and weaned off them and still no difference .
Any advice welcome please

I just wanted to rely to you and say I know you worry about your child . My dd is 20 and is a lovely lovely person but had very very few friends . She depends on me too .

I can’t help with the sleep issue but just wanted you to know you are not alone
