My son19 has always been challenging. He has anxiety but wont address it or get help he wont acknowledge it even. He has been in and out of jobs smokes weed and we constantly fight over the smell of it. Now he's only got himself a drug possession charge and is in court. I don't know what to do 
I've told him I dont want him in my home any more. I just can't keep telling him to stop smelling of the stuff to get a job ( he now has one- part time) I'm exhausted by it all we are doing this since she 15 and my heart is broken. I will support him whatever he does once its healthy but he just wants to smoke weed work as little as possible and for us to leave him alone. Am I right kicking him out ? Any advice.
