Daft, I know, my 26 year old, has gone on trip today, on his own, but meeting up with a organised tour. Off to Egypt, Petra etc. Quite worried, due to area, being on their own, without their friends.

If he's doing an organised trip he's really not on his own at all. I've done a few and always had a great time, he will be absolutely fine.

Agreed - organised trip means others with him.

You can always say "oh, such a lovely experience - post lots of pics on FB while you're away, as I'll bet it's going to be amazing!!!" That's supportive of his travels, but every time you see him post a pic, you'll know he's okay. Grin
