im 18wks preg and getting alot of palpations

hi is this normal, it has been going on about 2 days, should i be worried

I used to get them sooo much when i was prehnant, it was horrible and scarey, i had a ECG done all was fine. I also get them a bit now when im on my period must be the hormones.

But next time you see midwife or doctor just mention it to them they will check all is ok and make you less stressed about it, because stress causes it too..

I had them with all three of my pregnancies. Felt like was hyperventilating/panic attack/palpitating. Horrible feeling trying to breathe steadily to stop heart hammering.

Nothing fundamentally the matter. Just suppose was a mixture of extra hormones, a drain on blood supply and circulation, and heart having to work that little bit harder.
