first birthday party stuff, where can I buy some?

So its been a year and all the spring/summer 04 mums are in the same boat! Dd is going to have a little family party on great grandma's lawn. As it will all be adults I thought of getting some balloons and a banner or some paper plates saying "one today" to give it some validity. However it is on Saturday and I need to buy the above from a shop as the internet will take too long, any ideas? Do card shops or supermarkets sell special first birthday balloons or paper plates? Please help.

ooh, saw some LOVELY winnie the pooh stuff with 1 on it in woolworths (plates/cups/banner etc)

Got some great stuff for DDs birthday winnie the pooh serviettes and a banner. But can you imagine i can't blow up the balloons. Waitng for dh to come back and will try and use his bicycle pump!
