He is 2.2years old and I had no intention of potty training just yet, but yesterday he pointed to the toilet and said "weewee". So I sat him on and he did!

I am such a proud mummy that my baby is growing up despite my best efforts.....

YEa! We are just making tentative attempts, too. It's rather exciting to think of an end to nappies one day, isn't it?

Well done Colditz. At about the same age, my ds3 showed an interest in the potty and, as he always wees when he gets in the bath, I got the potty out and sat him on it while I ran the bath. No wee came out, so I put him in the bath where he promptly did an enormous wee, grinning hugely at the same time.

He is now 2.4 and potty training looms. GROAN!
