What time is bed time for your little ones, how old are they and generally how long does it take them to fall asleep?

My DD is 13 months old. Bed time is 7pm, generally she falls asleep within minutes. Wakes up any time from 6 to 7am (generally 6.30am in Spring/Summer).

Interesting to see how common a 7-8pm bedtime is even for 5 year olds!

DS is 2.3

Goes to bed at around 6.45 and falls asleep between then and 7pm.

In winter though, usually goes to bed around 6.30pm. I am usually knackered too and go to my own bed just after him!

oops, meant to add DS will sleep til around 6am, but is happy to look at his books and play with toys until around 7.30am.

DS (3-months) between 6 and 6.30pm, 7 if he really needs settling after a mega exciting afternoon. Usually asleep within minutes (lucky me).
Wakes at 12 and 4 and goes back to sleep easily until 7am, much better since we stopped the dreamfeed.

I am really pleased to read that the 7pm bedtime lasts for several years, I enjoy the end of the day when I can eat.
I was going to say eat in peace but then I realised I do just mean 'eat', as opposed to nibble or stuff my face quickly!

DS 1 aged 11 9pm
DD aged 9 8.30
DS 2 aged 2.6 6pm
DS 3 aged 18 months 5pm bliss

toddlers tend to get up at 7am

Oh dear....Ds 22months.....9.30 if I'm lucky!
BUT in my defense, he sleeps for 9.5 hours max, no matter what time he goes to bed, so we really have to judge it accordingly so that we aren't up before the birds
