Which detergent do you use? Recommendations needed

I'm new to this and very excited about my imminent arrival of my bum genius nappies.

Which detergents seem to work the best? I gather it should be a non bio? And no fabric conditioner.

Thanks MrsMerryHenry - will pick up some bio and give it a shot. Just understandably worried about DS's eczema but will give a really good rinse afterwards...or maybe 2.
