OK to let baby nap in bouncy chair?

My son is nearly 6 weeks - during the day he won't nap in his moses basket but does get very tired. If I put him down he cries until I pick him up - I've left him for a couple of minutes but I can't leave him longer than that. He will fall asleep immediately in his pram or in the car and today (i have discovered) also in his vibrating bouncy chair.

Is it safe to let him nap in this for an hour or so? He possets a LOT and I wondered if he has reflux but he sleeps fine in his moses basket at night so I don't think so...

Bouncy chairs are great for napping in, My DS used to love his. Make the most of it.

Yes, he should be fine. DS also napped in a wind-up baby swing - in fact it was probably the best thing we ever bought for him!
