HELP my 6 year old daughter wont go to sleep,

My 6 year old daughter wont go to sleep. She falls asleep roughly about 10pm every night despite me putting her to bed at about 8pm, she is up and down - ive tried everything - HELP im going mad!!!!

mine's the same, put her to bed same time every night, except she's often awake gone 11pm

she does stay in bed though (reading)

she's 6 too
