Advice for frequent night waking in my 15 month old

Hi please can I have some advice.

I have a 15 month old who was a poor sleeper until 11 months old, then he only woke once a night after I consolidated his 2 naps to 1.

The last 2 months he has reverted back to his old pattern of frequent night wakes. I have co slept until a week ago, the first 2 nights went well and he actually slept better but the last 3 have been awful. He goes to sleep at 9pm (if I put him to bed earlier he is up all night), and has day time naps from 12-2.

A bit of background - he has a huge amount of energy and can't sit still, crawling at 6 months and walking/running at 9 months. He can say around 6 words and points, waves, says goodbye etc so no issues with hitting his milestones as far as I'm aware.

I would like some advice on how improve his sleep, I'm struggling with the sleep deprivation. I have no support my partner works long hours in a stressful job and my mum passed away 3 months ago.

Thanks!

Mine got 2 molars at that age and really screwed his sleep. Nurofen really helped

How long did it take for their sleep to improve?

I also had to give pain relief in the night at that stage for three-four weeks (nearly every night!) due to teething.

A few months. Then we had some blissful months of sleep. Then it all went to hell again age 2. It's all very up and down for most kids.
