We visited LEGOLAND Windsor as a family with a disabled child and unfortunately had a very upsetting experience regarding the way our family was treated when we raised concerns about accessibility and the disability access arrangements.
We are currently trying to resolve the matter directly with LEGOLAND, so I don't want to go into too much detail at this stage.
However, I'm aware that other families with disabled children have experienced difficulties at LEGOLAND, and I'm keen to understand whether there is a wider issue with how SEN/disability access is being handled.
If you've had a similar experience, I'd be interested in hearing from you.
I'm particularly interested in experiences involving staff interactions, disability access arrangements, or families feeling that reasonable adjustments weren't appropriately handled.
My hope is that, if there is a wider problem, these experiences can help bring about meaningful improvements for disabled families visiting LEGOLAND.
