You look to find out what benefits are available.
You apply for Child Maintenance from him.
Others will be along soon with more ideas for you.

These are starting points. Make the calls. Gather information.

Don’t turn yourself into a victim. Block him on absolutely everything and work on improving your life without him. Be strong. You can do it!

Do you work? Do you rent or have a mortgage? Are you claiming all benefits you are entitled to, if any?

I thought your partner had taken your toddler with them from the title!

you say you’re young- how old?

you need to sit down and plan

Short term: do you work? Will you need childcare? Any family that can help?

longer term- career plans? Do you need to train/go to uni? Uni can often work reasonably well around young children, then you are better positioned for a job when they’re in primary school.
