How much maintenance should my child’s father pay each week?

The father my child gets paid 750 a week after tax. How much should he pay towards my child who he only sees one day a week due to working five days a week? I get paid 300 to do me and my son as I can no longer work.

My ex does not pay me 300 he’s being paying 50 a week I think he should give 100 a week he gets 750 after paying tax and also his bills if he took his son for half the time I would be able to go to work also but he doesn’t

Is that what the calculator works it out to be?

why aren’t you going through CMS? That way there’s no arguments.

Are you on maternity leave (I know this doesn't impact what he should pay you)? Is he employed or self employed (if self employed can sometimes hide what they earn)

Why the voting options with amounts?

CMS calculator is your best bet. Will depend on if he is PAYE, and lives with any other children or has any other children with maintenance claims.
