Is my son growing up too quickly at nearly 11?

My DS is turning 11 next month and seemingly very mature . He is the youngest of 3 brothers and the only one still at home. What bothers me is , i cant help but feel he is too mature? He seems to have suddenly lost all the lovely child like silliness etc , is very focused on his appearance and going to the park with friends despite me offering lots of fun outing with me/family . I know some of it is probably the start of puberty but im worried compared to his school friends he seems measurably older. He is doing well st school, we have no issues with behaviour etc . Im not Sure what advice i need really !

Playing at the park with neighbouring friends in the school holidays is very age-appropriate for 11. Appearance maybe less typical for an 11yr old boy (some may still be firmly soap-dodging) but not totally bizarre, individuals will vary.
