My 15m has started spitting up occasionally after drinking from his water cup. I have noticed it a couple of times in the last few days. He will drink his water then a couple of minutes later it will come out, sometimes with a bit of food. It’s not forceful/vomiting and doesn’t smell or anything, it’s just like a mouthful of water with bits of whatever he’s just eaten. I initially thought maybe it’s a bug, but surely he wouldn’t have an appetite/wouldn’t be himself or would be more forcefully vomiting? It’s really odd. Has anyone else’s little one done this? It only ever seems to be after drinking from his water cup

It sounds like he's just holding the water in his mouth and not always swallowing it. They find it funny at that age.
