Teething and trapped wind in my 7 month old baby?

I know I should ask my GP about this too but would also like other parents options.

My baby is 7 months old and the last 3-4 days she's been so miserable. I have presumed she's teething, she's drooling a lot, constantly chewing her fingers and toys, crying and screaming as if she's in pain, her top front gums seem red and when I've ran my finger along it in sure I can feel a tiny sharp bit. She has maybe 2-3 crying spells through the day where she is inconsolable and last 10 mins or an hour!!

However I have also noticed she's been extremely gassy recently too, when she's had her bottle she wriggles like mad towards the end and when I take it out she usually has a long high pitched scream to the point she's arching her back, screaming and sometimes holding her breath too. After maybe 30 seconds and me changing her position she stops crying but won't have any more milk... She's on Aptamil with Carobel added.

My DS really suffered with teething. I felt every single millimeter of every tooth that came out. He would be miserable in the day and even worse at night. Alternate Calpol and nurofen and also give anbesol. Otherwise just lots of cuddles and ride it out.
